The Awakened Life is a transformational 6-month experience guiding individuals who feel stuck and defeated to overcome life's obstacles, find satisfaction and fulfillment by accessing their innate wisdom and tapping into a higher power.

Identify recurring negative thoughts or beliefs, reflecting on their origins and patterns. Challenge the validity and impact of these beliefs on growth.


2.  Explore Shadows


Dive into the aspects of self that have been suppressed or denied, exploring fears,

insecurities, and unresolved emotions.  Navigate and integrate the shadow self.


3.  Practice Acceptance


Embrace strengths, weaknesses, and imperfections without judgment. Practice self-compassion and forgiveness, creating practices to reinforce self-acceptance.

Explore spiritual practices to connect with a

higher power. Engage in mindfulness and

meditation, developing a personal spiritual

ritual to deepen connection.

Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and learning, through gratitude practices. Surrender control and trust in the divine timing of life's unfolding.


6.  Align With Purpose


Reflect on your core values, interests, and

passions. Set intentions aligned with your

authentic self and higher purpose, igniting

inspiration and momentum.

Visualize your desired outcomes with clarity

and detail. Create visual representations of

your goals, Use guided imagery to manifest your dreams into reality.


8. Take Aligned Action


Align your thoughts, words, and actions with your life vision and inner truth. Set healthy boundaries that honor your values and priorities.


9. Maintain Momentum


Cultivate resilience by reframing setbacks.

Practice self-care rituals to nurture your well-being, Share wisdom with others to inspire and uplift, and inspire self-accountability.
